Harold is one of the most caring attorneys I have ever met. He is also one of the sharpest education attorneys out there. He is able to balance compassion with his well rounded and robust knowledge of the education regulations. He understands the dynamics of the families that seek his counsel. He knows when to push further on an issue and when to ease off. I cannot say enough about how Harold has changed our family for the better. Smart, thoughtful, hard working (spoke with us at 10pm at night and on the weekend to give us insight into next steps), impactful, intelligent, compassionate, fierce.... all words that describe Harold.
