This is a great law firm for essential estate planning work. I can't speak to complex documents, but I've worked with Matt and his team on an advanced directive and power of attorney. Yao Law firm provided very professional and responsive services. We needed their legal guidance and support in obtaining guardianship of our 18 year old son (autism).
