Abrupt but does not waste time with chit chat. Billing accurate to minute and not rounded up. Yes, as reviews say, he is abrupt, but does not mince words. Honest and will not settle. He is a fighter. So if you want best and not fluff, hire this man! I’ve had 40 years experience with attorneys, he isalways prepared.

Do not expect for you to hear from him before court date. But when the time comes he is there. He got me of a reckless and a 2nd dwi at trial, aggressive and it was a dog fight. Will recomen him 150%

I was charged with reckless driving and I tried to fight it without a lawyer and that took 3 month when the judge postponed the dates even if the officer was not present. I hired Mark and he gathered all the evidence and the date of the hearing he explained to the judge how the bureaucracy of the entire court process took my time as well as the judges and the judge threw the case and dismissed the entire charge. Mark was very professional and to the point. I highly recommend him.

Extremely easy to work with. Sent our information, had a telephone discussion with Mr. Dycio, and he proposed a settlement with the best results we could have hoped for. Not the cheapest attorney, but we definitely got what we paid for. I would use Mark again if I have another traffic violation (but praying that we don't, of course). The final results were as Mark stated he would try to get from the Officer and prosecutor.

This seemed to be an open and shut case and I thought there was no way out of this one. DUI 2nd offense with high BAC and a totaled car on top of that. Thankfully no injuries. They rejected the plea offer and took it to bench trial. Thank god they did that because as it turns out the arresting officer made too many critical errors and in the end without getting into all the legal mumbo jumbo I was found not guilty, case dismissed. I do not understand the law very well but these guys do and if you let them do their job the results will be astonishing. This is your go to guy if you are seeking counsel

Mr. Mark helped my case to defend myself in the first time, and he got the job done. Although he did not provide hand-holding, there were no hassles nor any troubles.
