Given that I live out of the state but needed to have legal service conducted in Virginia, this law firm met my needs without question and performed in stellar form. Communication was never an issue and the flat rate legal fees made everything flow smoothly. David Marquardt and his paralegal Kim Cross were the utmost professionals throughout the entire process and the urgency in which everything was handled was above reproach. I highly recommend this law firm and more specifically, the legal team in which I was assigned.

My ex-husband and I decided to try mediation, instead of stuffy divorce lawyers. I chose Robin based on her past experience as a lawyer and her approach to mediation. Robin walked us through each area affected by our divorce, helped guide us through our decisions - this was such an easy process. Had I known divorce could be this clear, concise and simple, it would have happened sooner! This is a great, inexpensive alternative if you and your soon-to-be ex spouse can come to an agreement on division of property, child custody/support, etc. I would recommend Robin to all my friends and family!

Brenton was an amazing lawyer. From the minute I read the reviews and contacted him, he has been nothing but helpful and reassuring. I was charged with Reckless driving and was scared I was going to loose everything from my job to my clean record. He told me what I needed to do to help my case, answered questions honestly and promptly and he dose not treat you like you're just money. He treats and deals with you with the upmost respect and as a person and he really understands everyones own unique case. He was able to get my charge dropped down to a non-criminal speeding infraction with only a 200 dollar fine. And what was with one of the toughest prosecutors! Brent Vincenzes was my first and is most likely last lawyer. I was in a bad situation I was looking at a 99 in a 60 reckless driving charge on my motorcycle. Brent has went from Great Attorney to Hero. Brent previously assisted me with a reckless Driving case in FFC, and gave top notch support every step of the way for an amazing price. But today at 2am in the morning is where he stood out to me. I found out late this evening that I would not be able to make my court case (separate infraction) do to a critical issue at work that will end up causing a conflict. So as a hail marry, I email and Call Brent at 1am, leave a message to call me first thing in the morning, and attempted to get a few hours of sleep before I had to be at work. Right as I am about to pass out, my phone rings, and it is Brent looking to help me. This man then spent an hour on the phone Talking through our options ( I had already used the 1 allow continuance). And we were able to come up with a solution that met every one of my requests.... Mind you this was all done with less than 9 hours left until my court appearance. TLDR; Seriously. Brent has proven himself to not only be skilled and personable, but also someone who will go that extra mile. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with Brent's services.

I chose Mr. Vincenzes out of the ~20 attorneys I spoke with because he was one of few who was willing to meet with me in person, and during that meeting he took a noticeable interest in my case. From that and his extensive experience in traffic law, I was very confident he would be able to reduce my reckless driving in a parking lot charge (apparently that is a thing) down to something lesser, and he did-- I ultimately received an improper driving charge. In other words, he reduced a 6 point misdemeanor with a fine up to $2500 to a 3 point infraction with a fine of $100. We didn't end up going to trial, but Mr. Vincenzes worked with me to ensure I was well prepared in case we ended up needing to go that route, including gathering some unusual forms of evidence. My inquiries were typically responded to within 24 hours. Overall I very much recommend Mr. Vincenzes and would not hesitate to use him again in the future should I make another stupid mistake in the future.
