John Lavinus represented me in a reckless driving charge 92/55. The prosecutor originally was offering 5 days, which was complete BS. Ultimately my lawyer plead before the judge. So instead of doing possibly 5 days. I ended up with improper control and a fine which i was more than happy to pay. Overall i highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE Mr. Green. My first reckless driving by speed. Mr. Green will give you a lot of false confidence in your first conversation. He will say things like, "I've dealt with these judges and prosecutors for years, I'm sure we can get them to lower the charge." Once you sign and pay $2500 his story will change and he will say, " This is a new prosecutor" or "This judge isn't favorable." He does not have any good arguments on trial and can barely even negotiate a favorable deal. The communication is terrible, he does not reply to phone calls for emails and he forgets most of the information that you send him via Email. You will only hear from him the day before court. After dragging my case for months of stress I ended up spending time in jail AND paying a large fine AND on top of all that, getting my license suspended. Please DO NOT make the mistake of getting robbed by this lawyer.

Got charged with a speeding ticket, hired green and little did i know that he could not fight the case and i took the loss. Waste of Money and Time.

I got charged with reckless driving so I hired this lawyer named green and I got jail for 25 days he didn't do anything for me also played him $2500 I have never heard of anyone getting jail for speeding and I asked him what did for me and he said "sorry for what happened I can't do anything now" this guy is a west of money time and also lost my job because he couldn't even lessen my sentence. IF YOU WANT JAIL HIRE HIM!!!
