Jonathan Oates took over my case short notice due to a change in staff in their office. After I had expressed my anxiety he took the time to call and explain the process to me and ensured me he would be working in my best interest. He was kind, attentive and very professional. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and Jon talked me through all of it. 10/10 recommend.

Wowww I had my court date today and mr. jonathan oates from the law office of Krum gergely & Oates , LLc fought for my case like a Champ and I can see the experience they have in the way he spoke, he won my case when i thought I was lost. Jon Oats is our hero! We had a speeding ticket in Virginia (102 mph). Our neighbor recommended Jon and he returned our call the same day we contacted him. He met with us in person the next day. He walked us through our options and provided us with written guidance to prepare for our court appearance. We had no idea that excessive speed in VA could end up with jail time. His knowledge of the judges was very helpful in deciding how to move forward. After several court appearances, he was masterful in working out an agreement with the prosecutor. This agreement lowered the speed, wiped out the restriction of driving in VA and cleared the charge. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been represented by Jon Oats.

Matthew Kensky represented me in court for a serious traffic violation. Prior to court, he thoroughly explained the law and penalties involved. M. Kensky described three different scenarios he expected to occur in court, depending on the judge, the officer involved, and the atmosphere at the time. He advised me to take driving courses online and in-person, and to complete some community service. Mr. Kensky's judgements in court were simply prescient. On his advice, we went to trial. After arguments and consideration for the driving courses and community service I completed, our judge handed down the best verdict imaginable. In the end, I retained my driving privileges and received the lowest possible fine for my offense. I felt so relieved. It was like magic! I highly recommend Matthew Kensky for dealing with serious traffic violations. His preparation is exemplary, and he is very sharp on his feet.

Omg, lets see where I can begin. I am overly pleased with the outcome of having Mr Kensky as an attorney. Not only was his expertise, knowledge and demeanor great, I can see he had a great rapport with the otherside as well. He was very effective and efficient in getting things handled.
