I consulted with a dozen lawyers in my area, while I was tangled in a potentially federal case, and suffering severe mental disorder. Melinda VanLowe was highly recommended to me by a lawyer friend of mine. Luckily, the case was dropped, but leading up to that, Melinda saved my life. Out of the dozen lawyers I talked to, she was the only one who earned my trust. We had a phone consultation, followed by an in person consultation, after which she personally drove me to get the medical attention I required. She stayed in contact for months helping me and my family be prepared for the future, and I am so grateful she was there for us. She billed us nearly nothing, but the work she did helping me and my family get through a crisis was tremendously valuable to us.

Went to trial in Fairfax yesterday for assault and battery where my a accuser and a police officer testified falsely. She got me a not guilty verdict.
