Let me first start off by saying that Muhammand is a miracle worker. He gave it to me straight from the beginning (although I did not like that) he was honest. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. I was facing a lot of time considering my background. I have other charges in another jurisdiction. I was scared out of my mind. Muhammad kept me calm. Explained the entire process. He explained the possible outcome. He explained the not so possible. I knew exactly what to expect when walking into that court room. I was charged with possession of a fire arm by a felon and having a weapon at the airport (was my girlfriends gun in a bag she was keeping it in when we moved) I was facing 1-2 years in prison under the manditory minimum in VA. Muhammad was able to get the gun charge dropped and weapon in the airport changed to a trespassing charge with no probation or a fine. I couldn't be happier with the result. After going through a bunch of other lawyers over many years and seeing how ineffective they were in saving me from the Arlington County Court criminal and civil court system and their malicious abuse by the Arlington County Assistant Attorney, I hired Muhammad and it was like night and day. He commanded the respect of the Court and also put a stop to the abuse of the system by the Arlington County Assistant Attorney and the Arlington County Department of Human Services. I had the misfortune of being charged with two speed-related traffic tickets within two weeks of each other. One was reckless driving, and one was 19-over speeding ticket. I was concerned that, because of my bad driving record, I would lose my license and possibly go to jail because of the high speed involved in the reckless driving. But, thanks to Mr. Elsayed's help, both of my tickets got reduced. The reckless driving ticket, which carried 6 possible points on my license, a misdemeanor conviction, and potential jail and high fines, was reduced to a simple speeding ticket with only 4 points and a small fine! I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Elsayed while exiting the courtroom for a reckless driving case, which in VA, is seen as a misdemeanor (criminal charge). I asked a group of lawyers if they had experience in my type of case, and they all did, but I am glad that I took his card. Let me just preface this review by saying that my father is an attorney in another state, and I have worked with him many summers.
