Integrity and Expertise - the best family law representation in NOVA I retained this firm and Steve Goldman for representation lasting approximately one year in 2017. Out of the 5 firms I've used, Curran Moher Weis is BY FAR the best. In a situation where you can't afford to make a mistake, call Steve. First and foremost, Steve is an honest man, and a good guy. The kind of guy you want to have your back. And if this if your first rodeo, take note – you NEED someone in your corner. Second, he's an expert in his field, someone who has bent over backward for me, worked through the night, given some off the clock guidance, and has genuinely cared. I challenge you to find any other family law attorney in NOVA who would give you 15 minutes unbilled outside of a potential consultation. When your lawyer truly cares about you, you have the right person in your corner. If you don't read past this point, remember everything stated above. So when everything matters, when your family's lives and future are on the line -- choose Curran Moher Weis. Choose Steve Goldman. Even at times when I became emotional and frustrated, Steve's level head prevailed. He provided guidance and consultation when I was unable to see past the next day's motion. And if you read his bio, you'll see that he is an expert at mediation. Let me be the first (although likely not the last) to let you know that may be an understatement. Having perhaps the most difficult ex-wife the NOVA courts have ever seen, I felt hopeless that we could reach any agreement. Steve's ability to effectively communicate, remain level-headed, and professionally guide the discussion back to the important points repeatedly led us away from arguing and back to the points that mattered. I have more time with my children now because of Steve. And like many others have done, he hasn't left me with a huge bill and forgotten about me. This firm is exactly what I have spent hundreds of thousands looking for. No matter what - when you've got Steve in your corner, you've got an advocate; you’ve got an advisor; you’ve got the best. Hopefully I can make a difference in the lives of other loving fathers and help prevent them from going through the pitfalls that I have. Nicole is an excellent attorney. She is professional, honest, and always responded to correspondence in a timely manner. During a highly contested divorce and custody, she prepared a strong Property Settlement Agreement, a Protective Order due to ex-spouse's physical abuse, Child Support, and everything in between. She is a strong litigator. She was always looking out for my best interest and that of my children.
