One of my family members had encountered a horrible problem that could have gotten them five (5) years in prison. My family found Mr. Patrick Blanch off the the Super Lawyer’s List and we have absolutely no regrets. Mr. Blanch is what you call top-notch counsel. Long story short Pat got a five (5) year sentence suspended ( no jail time) and he fought for his client until the end. He doesn’t tell you any lies, or ignore your calls etc...... he is experienced, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. You can trust him with your freedom. Pat will fight for you.

I have reached out to this law firm multiple times and each time they got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. They made each process simple and Patrick Blanch did a fantastic job of giving me all my possible options and each step to follow the right path. He is punctual, and very efficient in the sense that once I did whatever I had to in order for him to proceed, he used it to complete his part in a minimal amount of time and get immediate results. Todd Zinicola is a great lawyer! If you are fighting a criminal case I highly recommend. Without getting into specifics; multiple felonies, multiple misdemeanors, he made it happen. No jail time. He is someone who gets it and you can breathe while he fights for you on your case harder then I have ever seen any other lawyer. He is patient and spends the time necessary to make you as the client feel like you are getting way more than your money’s worth. I can’t recommend him enough! Trust me when I say he is more than worth it.

Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.

I had a bit of a traffic infraction and went to Mrs. Hart. Mrs. Hart didn't sugarcoat anything. She was up front and honest. She said they work toward dismissal but will fight for the best possible outcome. I couldn't ask for anything else. Zinicola Blanch Overand & Hart gained a client for life. she did exactly what she said she would do. My suggestion is to keep in contact with the firm and don't try to fix it yourself, this was money well spent.

All they need to do is send 1 demand for payment letter to an insurance company but they are over complicating the process.
