Mr. Hicks was so helpful in my case. It felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing, because he handled everything and assured me the best outcome and he delivered exactly that. Got back the results of my case today, and I couldn't have asked for better. He is amazing!

Blanca the Paralegal was friendly, extremely realistic on what to expect with best/worst case scenario and office is lucky to have her there since she knows in/out of the court system as well very resourceful from bondsmen to where we could get our car calibrated , classes and community service locations and pretty much anything we needed to help our case. Attorney Jad Sarsour and Attorney Katherine Martelll were extremely helpful on what to expect and walked us through it . The office are lucky to have Blanca there for the Criminal/Traffic department at the very least because yes they maybe busy but Blanca,Fernando , Erica and I think the new receptionist I think Karla was here name was very friendly and patient with all the clients even the ones that were rude coming into the office.

When the Judge suggests that you thank your attorney because he did a fantastic job, you know you have a good attorney. I had no idea with to expect or what to do when I received a DWI/DUI. I was told to hire a lawyer. I picked Jad because of his location and his excellent reviews, but then when I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He was calm and reassuring, which in turn, kept me focused. The final outcome was more than I could have hoped for (Not Guilty)! Jad knows his stuff and he is compassionate and caring. But most of all, he was patient; he answered his calls and responded to every email and question immediately and was never condescending. He was never too busy to answer, help or just listen. I will definitely recommend Jad to my friends, family and co-workers if they ever find themselves in a bind. I can never thank him enough.
