Sheryl is a professional and her consultation really helped me.

I highly recommend Sheryl Shane. I originally was charged with a misdemeanor for reckless driving and also for driving without license, (I also had a ticket for not having state plates). She got everything dismissed for me. The three main factors I think helped in this situation are: - she is passionate about her work. - she gave me really good advice on what things would improve my chances. - she has a lot of experience. Before her I met a different lawyer and I can say the difference was as clear as night and day. She always took my calls, she asked me to meet before the hearing and we talked for an hour (even before I hired her!). In general a really good experience.

Let me start with what I was facing. -second dwi in under a five year period -refusal to blow -assault on a police officer -running from an officer of law -reckless driving -etc... I did my research and after several hours of research I decided that Sheryl had the credentials I was looking for. After meeting with her I was confident that she would represent me well because she believed my side of the story and she believed in me. I am sure you are reading all of those charges and thinking this person must be awful, but thankfully she didn’t and listen to my side of the story without judgment. Result: I walked away with a misdemeanor. Advice: you are not her only client, do not be discouraged if she does not reply right away. She did not get all of these amazing ratings by being lazy, nor does she slack in court prep. Secondly, if she ask you to do anything to prepare do it even if you do not believe it to help. She might not use it in court, but it is better to be prepared. Finally, put in the effort yourself. If you truly believe you are wrongfully convicted than fight like you are. Give it your all. Good luck and though things seem grim, never give up and Sheryl will do her part to fight for your future.
