It was a very LONG process due to covid 19 it took over 2 years for my case to be finally settled (and we WON!). He is passionate and won’t give up fighting for you.I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Joseph Yoon is the man! I was charged with reckless driving. Mr. Yoon made it very clear exactly what to do before the court date and then come that day, he went to work and it was amazing. Utilizing his network of connections, he was able to get the trooper and prosecutor to be lenient. The misdemeanor was dropped to a simple improper driving charge and a simple fine. I could not be happier with the result! I'm so thankful for Mr. Yoon!

I thought I was done for. A co worker of mine recommended Mr.Rambudhan. I made an appointment to speak to him and we got to work. I immediately left his office with faith that he would pull me through this process. He recommended I do certain things before my hearing to better prepare ourselves for a great outcome. Mr.Rambudhan and his team pointed me in every right direction up to my court date. Let’s just say he worked his magic the day of and I left with literally a slap on the wrist compared to what I thought was going to happened. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team. No doubt about it. Shoutout to Nova Defenders. Amazing group of lawyers. I received a citation for reckless driving in Virginia going more than 20 above the speed limit. Nova defenders were able to get my ticket dismissed by cutting a sweet deal with the Virginia court of law,having me serve just a few hours of community service. Nothing overwhelming and within 3 months I was rolling clean with 0 demerits on my license and maintaining a clean criminal recorded.

He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job. I would highly recommend using him.
