Alex Gordon and the Gordon Law Firm was able to get what would have been a reckless driving amended to a regular traffic infraction. I now have some dash cams in my vehicle which should make it easier in court should the need arise in the future and I would still have Alex Gordon and the Gordon Law Firm represent me.

I hired this attorney because I was in a bit of a bind. I was driving in a commercial vehicle when the incident took place. Let's just say what happened wasn't very pretty. I couodn't afford any more points on my license and things were only looking worse from there. These guys not only got the prosecutor to bargain with them so I wouldn't get any points on my license, but also made the fine relatively small. This firm's fees weren't too bad either. If I ever need any type of legal assistance in the future again, these are the guys I'm definitely going to be hiring. I strongly recommend any one who needs legal assistance to give these guys a call.

I am beyond pleased with the representation I received from The Gordon Law Firm. I was charged with Reckless Driving (85/55) in Fairfax County but Mr. Gordon was able to reduce my charge to a just speeding ticket (74/55, small fine, no criminal record). As an out of state driver (PA), I almost fainted when the officer told me I could go to jail for this charge. I had no idea VA driving laws were that strict. Reckless driving is a Class I misdemeanor, the same class as possession of marijuana and assault and battery! I am a Registered Nurse so having a misdemeanor on my record would wreck my RN licenses that I have in 3 different states. I definitely needed legal representation. If you receive this charge, you need representation too! I strongly suggest getting a lawyer from the country you received your ticket. They will have better rapport with the judges and persecutors in that county, which in turn can help your case. From the legal assistant (Vanessa) to both Mr. Gordon and Mr. Wall, everyone was patient, thorough, and attentive to my needs. Mr. Gordon would always take my calls if he was in the office and if he wasn’t, he called me back as soon as possible. Follow their simple instructions, provide them with the needed documents, and let them take care of the rest!

Located next to the courthouse, I found them to be convenient, experienced, capable, and available...even if you contact them last minute, as I did. They have no problem going to court in your place if you have a conflict. They offer free and thorough consultations complete with an estimate for services should you decide to hire them. Notably, this firm is flexible, has integrity, and is willing to consider one's financial situation if necessary. They got me out of a jam not too long ago and I could not recommend them enough!
