John Kidwell also prepared custom legal contracts for my business that have been very effective, easy to use, and have stood the test of time. I use them every month and have never had issues. He's very easy to communicate with and intuitive to my needs, always giving intelligent options that lead to a desirable resolution.

Mr. Kidwell helped me solve a legal matter with my job. He was very knowledgeable and steered me down the direction for course of action. Never used a lawyer before. I got wills for myself and wife since we have kids now This place was great and cheaper than other lawyers I talked to. I even brought my parents in to do a general power of attorney and update their trust.

Nice guy and a real smooth talker, which is where you need to watch out because he will come up with lies and all kinds of excuses for why he couldn't make it to a meeting. Good luck trying to get this guy to commit to your case - he is rarely responsive and hard to get a hold of. Almost never returns voicemails and is almost never in his office. His fees are far more expensive as well and does not justify the level of service he provides. Claims he practices law in every field but is really only knowledgable in a few narrow areas. Overall, not very helpful.
