My wife was in a car accident. She was rear ended. Not her fault, permanent damage. THEY LOST HER CASE!! THEY WAITED 5 YEARS TO LOSE A CASE THAT YOU CANNOT LOSE!!!!!
I would never recommend this council. I LOST MY FAITH IN HUMANITY BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE!!! We should’ve went with the, “DC Hammer” and so should you and anyone thinking of hiring this firm. BUNCH OF CLOWNS!!

Was seriously injured in a car/bicycle accident and Ben Boscolo, Mike Duncanson, and Elizabeth Payne-Maddalena negotiated for more than triple the insurance company's initial settlement offer. Not satisfied with how my case was handled at all. Inconsistent and messy on all levels. I hurt myself on job and being low balled as if I didn't get hurt on job. I was also manipulated by insurance company on all levels. Will never recommend. I didn't have an attorney to fight for my pain and suffering or my case.
