I met Ben Glass when he was 12 years old and through the years I have watched him become one of the finest, most skillful attorneys in the area. So, there was no question who I would turn to when my daughter was seriously injured in a car accident involving a drunk driver in September 2018. Ben began giving us expert advice from the day after the accident when I made that all important phone call from my daughter’s hospital room. Ben came to our home to meet with our daughter after she was home from the hospital. From that day forward we knew we were in good hands. Brian Glass, Ben’s oldest son was assigned to her case. He and his team stayed with us until the case was recently settled on April 12 th , 2022 following a two-day trial in Fairfax County. The pandemic and many other obstacles did not stand in the way of Brian doing his job. Brian met with us multiple times to explain the entire process. He was caring and respectful of the sensitive nature of our daughter’s injuries. He explained what his team was doing: arranging professional expert witnesses, preparing visual support to inform the jury, contacting insurance companies and coordinating with the defendant’s attorney. Brian and his team kept us informed throughout the process, which took three years and 7 months to get to trial. After only 75 minutes of deliberation by the jury, they came back with a unanimous verdict awarding our daughter both compensatory and punitive damages. Our daughter finally had her day in court where Brian skillfully presented evidence, testimony and undeniable proof of the defendant’s culpability when he drank and got behind the wheel of his car. Did the defendant make a bad choice? Yes! Will he pay for it for a very long time? Yes! Will our daughter ever be completely whole again? No one knows that for sure. But one thing that is certain, Brian Glass told her story and has helped to make her future a lot brighter. Don’t make bad choices when you are behind the wheel of a car. To the Partners, I have not used your firm's services, but I called in just now trying to reach a former associate of yours, James Abrenio. I did have the pleasure of speaking with Suzie Callahan, and my brief interaction warranted this review. Her entire demeanor makes your potential clients "take a deep breath", which is typically the first order of business anyone needs to do when faced with a stressful situation. Wind chimes in a warm breeze. If the other members of your firm have even half of the demeanor/confidence/patience Suzie made me feel in two minutes on the phone, then I would highly recommend!

BenGlassLaw was very responsive and thorough answering my questions and concerns. Mary Freeman was very polite, empathetic, and helpful through the pre and post meeting preparation and follow up interactions. I have to admint I was a bit apprehensive reaching out to the office but I am now very glad I did.

I was in an accident (hit and run; not at fault) in February 2022 that left my car totaled but minor soft tissue bodily injuries.
