Ben Glass Law has been managing my disability case for many years. My disability company originally denied benefits but Ben quickly got the decision reversed without it having to go to court. Over the years his team has periodically had to interface with the insurer. They are very knowledgeable on the details of LTD and always ask the right questions to get the answers I need. My case is currently being managed by Mary Freeman. She is very courteous, knowledge and prompt in getting information. Whereas some companies may never get the information you seek, Mary often gets it in hours. Obtaining your rightful disability income can be very stressful, which can oftentimes make your condition worse. Mary’s pleasant demeanor and professionalism helps to alleviate the many difficulties you face when working with the disability company which in turn helps you better manage your health.

Olivia has been an extraordinary resource over the year of my relationship with the firm. She is professional, expert, patient and clear. As a lawyer myself, these are attributes of staff managing a matter and relationship that make the experience much more transparent and the inevitable delays of calendar and arcane, unique process understandable and tolerable. Everyone I have spoken to has been a huge help for me. The staff is kind and professional. If I had a question, I would send an email that was responded to the same day!
