I hired Ms. Benes after witnessing her professionalism secondhand while I waited in a Loudoun County courtroom for an unrelated case. Months later, she successfully represented me as the plaintiff in a seven-figure defamation case. I would not hesitate to utilize Ms. Benes for ANY legal services in the future. Bethany Benes represented my father with a dispute over property that was jointly owned with a family member. She was very professional, caring and prepared for depositions and court. She was very impressive in court she was prepared with a binder with evidence that was organized, charts, the right questions to ask the other party and answers to everything that was questioned. She was able present his side of the statement even though he couldn’t speak English very well she hired a wonderful translator. The judgement was in my father’s favor.
