I respect Ben, his practice, and his approach to law as much as any attorney I have ever met. Everything Ben does is designed to make his clients better informed and better off. I would recommend anyone in Virginia to visit Ben's website, order one of the many books he has written, and learn about your rights before signing any insurance forms or hiring a less credentialed attorney.

I was in a car accident recently in which I suffered neck and back pain. I was seen at the local emergency room hospital and then by my own doctor. Physical therapy was recommended and proved beneficial. The insurance company of the other driver, who had taken responsibility for the accident, was covering my treatment costs. However, I consulted with Ben to find out what to expect and to determine how to proceed before settling with the insurance company. Ben and his staff were extremely helpful to me. I had read the publications that he has sent out regarding such matters, and I always read his newsletters from cover to cover. I knew enough to ask a few more questions before signing off on the offer that was being made by the insurance company. After meeting with Ben and relating to him the details of the accident and the extent of my injuries, he was able to assure me that I did not need a lawyer to settle my claim. He told me what to expect, how to negotiate with the insurance company and how to protect myself. I then felt more confident in my ability to handle the matter and was satisfied with the outcome. No one ever wants to go through a situation that requires legal counsel or representation; however, it is comforting to know that people like Ben Glass are in the community to provide information and support when it is needed. I would recommend Ben to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal counsel. If he is unable to help you, he is able to refer you to a reputable firm who can meet your specific needs.
