I recently had the opportunity to speak with Mr. David Wilks about a complex and detailed estate document. His knowledge of probates and estates is deep and he conveyed the process in a way that put my concerns at ease. I consider myself a pretty bright guy. I thought I could navigate the probate system by myself. I did pretty good for about 11 months until I couldn't do anymore on my own. David helped me during a tough time, negotiating and mediating with a family member the assets of my late mother's house sold in October 2023.
