Even though they usually represent a plaintiff they were able to clarify some legal doctrine for me as a defendant. Very professional and responded very fast.

UPDATE- 9/6/2020- Absolutely no surprise here- but they WON my case for me!! I hired the Ben Glass Law Firm to handle my long term disability case. Ms. Olivia Adubofour has been assigned as my representative and I have been working with her exclusively as she gathers information for my appeal. I have not spoken with anyone else at this firm this far, but Ms. Adubofour is a stellar representative of this company. She is extremely personable, yet very professional and thorough. Her organizational skills and attention to detail has been impeccable and working with her has been very comforting in this difficult situation of dealing with my benefits being denied. I had been worried about details of my case getting lost in translation, but she has put me at ease with her outstanding skills and follow through. While the outcome of my case may remain to be seen, I have been so happy that Ms. Adubofour is just a phone call or email away to help me with any questions I have.
