Wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading Ben's newsletter over the years. I've found that he is truly not your 'daddy's lawyer' and that's meant to be a compliment.

Upon being injured from being rear ended in a car crash, I had so many questions. I stumbled across a webinar that Attorney Brian Glass gave via YouTube. It was literally FREE information that most attorneys would NEVER share with potential clients; clients that would have otherwise possible retained them without that knowledge. After making an appt and meeting with Brian, I walked away with a few things. 1) There are STILL honest attorneys left in the world that will give you sound, legal analysis on your case and what (if any) value the law firm can provide to you. 2) Brian was personable, asked great questions thereby showing an INTEREST in whats going on with you, and 3) providing parties with forms and instruction to actually handle a case themselves! I used to be a legal assistant for 12 yrs at different law firms and Ive NEVER witnessed that type of asisstance and clarity from another attorney. NEVER. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, straightforward, HONEST, and personable attorney; look no further and save yourself time. We greatly thank Attorney James Abrenio at Ben Glass Law and highly recommend him as a personal injury attorney. I was in a car accident about two years ago. We really didn't want to think about litigation - I just wanted to get better fast and move on with my life. My husband and I are both busy professionals with young kids, and really thought that since it was completely the other party's fault the settlement wouldn't be a problem. Well, close to two years later we still hadn't settled and were starting to worry and to regret not seeking legal help earlier. A friend of ours referred us to James as someone who would earnestly consider all the facts of our case and give us honest and caring recommendations with how to proceed - even if it didn't result in business for the firm. We wanted a straight answer from an expert who was sincere, professional and very knowledgeable. And that's what we found in James Abrenio. He really helped us out, even though we ended up settling on our own with the other party's insurance company. James helped us to think through the process and carefully weigh the cost/benefits of our options. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and are deeply appreciative of his time. Never has returned my call

I was in a car accident in August of 2017, the driver had rear ended my vehicle while I was stopped at a red light. It was clear from the day of the accident that I was going to need a lawyer and my search began. After seven phone calls to various attorneys, (most that went unreturned), I came across James Abrenio. From the beginning until the very end, James was honest and knowledgeable. He advised me that because the case was so black and white, I could send a demand letter and most likely negotiate on my own and that hiring him wasn’t necessary. During the whole process of trying to figure it out for myself, he diligently (and patiently) answered all my questions, provided me with numerous resources, and never once asked for compensation for the multitude of hours he consulted me with. It wasn’t until after all his help and guidance, (I still wasn’t getting anywhere with the opposing insurance team), that he even went and sent a letter on my behalf in hopes of an answer – still without discussing payment/hiring his services. After numerous times going back and forth with the opposing side, that I asked to hire James and his services, (I think I said, ‘can I please just hire you?’). Out of all the other attorneys that I called, interviewed, screened – James was hands down the most honest and knowledgeable. A true testament of his character of genuinely trying to help a person in need, without even asking for compensation, should sway you enough to trust his judgement and hire his services. Furthermore, James was able to settle the claim outside of court, within 2 weeks of our demand letter, and never once made me feel like I was in the dark. He was knowledgeable along the entire way and always let my concerns be heard. He never made me feel like any of my questions were irrelevant or stupid. My phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely fashion, and on the times when he wouldn’t be available he informed me of such. James is a friendly upbeat guy who genuinely wants the best outcome for you. I firmly believe it’s not about the money for him, but about what you deserve in a car accident claim. I hope I never have to hire an attorney again, but should the occasion arise, I will definitely be seeking out James Abrenio and his team. I highly recommend James, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the settlement he acquired for me.

I called Ben Glass law to get a stay put on a case because I was being deployed to Afghanistan in less than a month and they told me they would take care of the case pro bono because I’m in the military. Not just putting a stay on the case but the ENTIRE case. I was incredibly surprised and relieved to know that my case was being handled by James while I was away and that I wasn’t going to be in debt when I came back. Not only did they take care of the case pro bono but they got me a great settlement as well. Much less than I was even hoping for. Brian Glass came highly recommend to me by a former co-worker of mine, who was a former client of Brian Glass. So, when I was injured in a car accident in Feb 2017. I decided to contact Brian and asked him a couple questions and advice regarding my personal injury case. He was very straight forward and gave me some great advice. Sometime later, I started the leg work on trying to pull all the information together to try and settle my own case with the insurer’s insurance company. It soon became a difficult task and there were so many questions in my head on how I should deal with the insurer’s insurance company on settling my claim. Since I was only a month and half away from the time period to file a claim. I reached out to Brian, after speaking with him for a few minutes. He remembered speaking to me about my personal injury case a year ago. I was impressed that he remembered! He jumped right in and told me since the deadline was approaching fast to file my claim. He would file the paperwork with the court before the deadline. Brian kept me informed during the whole process and explained in detail what to expect. I also appreciated that he did use a lot of legal jargon that I couldn’t understand. Some lawyers can come off across as being snobbish. But I found Brian to be very personable and easy to talk to. Hands down, Brian Glass is one of the best, Personal Injury Attorney’s out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking for an excellent personal injury attorney.
