I leased a new electric vehicle whose brakes and steering failure required multiple failed repairs. The dealership and car manufacturer ignored written and telephone requests to investigate. I chose Mr Krieger after reading reviews of many attorneys in Virginia DC and Maryland. Mr Krieger obtained for me a full refund of my car lease payments and a payoff of the lease, and his fees were refunded to me by the car manufacturer. It must also be noted that I haven’t yet met him in person! All of this was achieved through emails and electronic documents, except for the return of the vehicle.
