Last year I realized I needed to update my will due to several changes in my life. I was about to undergo surgery when this thought occurred to me. I began the search for a lawyer and picked David Wilks immediately because he provided the reassurance and personal attention I needed in my somewhat agitated state. From the minute he called me back directly I knew he would someone I could trust and he was. David helped me during a tough time, negotiating and mediating with a family member the assets of my late mother's house sold in October 2023.
