Mr. Baxter did an excellent job representing my company in an employment dispute. He is very knowledgeable about the local judiciary, has good insight into litigation tactics, and was easy to work with and communicate with throughout the case, which had a favorable outcome. Mr. Baxter did so much for us. My wife and and I are part of a condo community in Fairfax County. The board and manager were trying to take out a multi-million dollar loan and force all of us to pay for it. If this had happened my wife and I would have had to abandon our home because we would not have been able to pay this extra assessment. He was always very honest with us and tried to help us so we didn't continue with a board of directors and management company that were not doing their job to maintain our community. Initially I approached Andy to understand the claim system after I was in a car accident. He provided very helpful information that explained some of what I was experiencing with the other party's insurance agency, and what the process would be if I chose to pursue a claim. Eventually I hired Andy represent me in the subsequent claim.
