Jessica updated my Trust documents recently and included many items that were not included before. She is very detail oriented and took into account the current tax laws that may have an impact if I did not include certain items in the Trust. Very happy with her work and recommend her unconditionally.

Ms. Marchegiano and her staff worked closely with us to understand our estate planning goals, advised us as to how to best achieve them, and then prepared all of the documents to implement the plan. Ms. Marchegiano and her team were very helpful throughout the process and took time to explain the documents and answer our questions about them. We were extremely pleased with the end product!

Jessica and her staff put together a full set of legal documents for my wife and me: wills, revocable and retirement trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare power of attorney, living will, and some supporting stuff. She was incredibly patient with us - explaining things, answering questions, tailoring the documents to our somewhat complicated family requirements. She was also very nice/pleasant to work with.
