Seth Peritz did an outstanding job representing me. He always responded to my emails within a timely manner and addressed every nervous concern I had. My case was dismissed because of his dedication, and I am a happy lady.

Every lawyer I contacted told me about how they would get me a good plea deal but Seth was the first one who said "I think we have a case" and "I didn't become a lawyer to take plea deals." And man did he deliver. Throughout the whole process Seth would respond to texts quickly and kept me informed about everything. I recommend you tell Seth EVERYTHING, even medical things. There's things he can use in his case that you might not think are relevant but could be game changers. If Seth thinks you have a case, he'll tell you, but he wont recommend you to take the risk of going to trial, you have to make that decision for yourself. In the court room I saw dozens of people with similar charges to my own, each of them taking the exact same plea deal that the other lawyers wanted me to take. Seth was the only one who took it to trial and he fought hard. As the trial went on, Seth would do research on the fly based on the prosecution's arguments, to poke holes in them, all while playing 4D Chess, positioning his arguments for all possible scenarios, going on for hours without letting up. In the end, it was the simple evidence he provided in the beginning that won the case, the rest was... theater? strategy? A mix of both probably. It worked. The point is, all charges were dismissed. Seth is the best lawyer I've ever experienced.

Seth was amazing, he did the impossible. I had 3 charges pertaining DUI that I didn’t think I could get out of. Driving with open container, elevated BAC and suspended lisence. He took my case to trial and I received a not guilty verdict. Seth was always available on text to answer any questions I had since this was my first run in with the law. I had a misdemeanor that was upgraded to a felony once I left Va. Ultimately, I was detained out of town on a fugitive warrant and held for about a month. During this time, Seth worked harder toward getting me back to Va than my local representation. After I got back, Seth got me bonded out within a matter of hours and my case was dismissed. I had a DWI case with an elevated BAC. Seth was very open and honest from the start about how he saw my case playing out.
