I have never even stepped foot into a courthouse yet found myself facing misdemeanor charges. Needles to say was very worried about how this would impact my job and future prospects. During a recess break on my court date I overheard another lawyer tell his client he'd spent 30 minutes talking to the prosecutor and was sure he wouldn't get a better deal for similar charges to mine. The whole time this lawyer was convincing his client to accept the charges Seth was still in there fighting tooth and nail for me. He kept going back and forth with the prosecutor without backing down to get me the best result I didn't even know was possible. I highly recommend Seth as the first person I'd go to for any legal trouble.

Ever find a hundred dollar bill in your pocket? That feeling of holy **** I just found a gem. Well. SETH is that hundred. Seth Peritz, is a wizard, magician, ninja defense attorney. He is smart, polite and a savant in the courtroom. He is in my opinion the BEST lawyer in VA. My case was slim. I was looking at a minimum 3months... He was able to position me in a spot where I not only AVOIDED jail time, I BEAT my CASE!!! He got it dropped to a MINIMAL driving infraction. From the start, Seth showed concern and willingness to help during the consultation. Despite the global pandemic causing disorder and difficulties he stayed in close contact with me, notified of updates relating to the ever-changing court date, and recommended actions to take in order to have a greater chance of reducing or dropping charges. When the day came, he was able to get all charges dropped. In other words, he saved my driving record. You will not go wrong with choosing Mr. Peritz; he is the definition of the ideal lawyer.
