I hired to expedite my interview and after I got interview she changed the date four times without my permission. The first time she changed and told me that she was going on her vacation and not able to accompany me in my interview. And after she changed the date three times without asking me. Sorry to say I would not suggest my Afghan fellows to hire her. And when I got refuted by the immigration she refused to go with me to the appeal process and appeal court.

I am forever grateful to Deeba for walking me through the process of getting my green card and making the experience stress free ( at least as much as it is possible). In February 2017, my conditional green card was scheduled to expire in few month and I just went through the divorce with my husband. It was hard time for me emotionally and financially. I had zero certainty in my future in this country or else. At that time, Deeba was third lawyer I spoke with. First two, aside of the fact of trying to charge me almost twice as much, declared my case pretty challenging and made sure to inform me of all possible negative outcomes. Every minute is a dollar to be made with Deeba. I am surprised to have no explanation or understanding as to why our application was denied nor did she make any effort in investigating. Takes her time responding to correspondence during the waiting process. Wanted to follow up with her and she wanted to charge a significant amount for less than a 30 min meeting while exclaiming her schedule was busy doing pro bono work. I would highly suggest you consider your precious time with someone more dedicated to your case!

I filed my citizenship case in 2016 with another lawyer, but after my fingerprint appointment I waited and waited for the interview date. My lawyer asked for help from Senator Warner office and USCIS said my case was in line for interview but still no date for the interview. I found Mrs. Anwari online and she recommended a federal lawsuit. 6 weeks after I hired her, I had my interview and passed. I have my US passport now and I am happy I hired this law firm.
