She only cares about receiving her money and the firm nickels and dimes you for everything! The legal counsel I received was not worth the $60K I paid her. There are far better lawyers in the area for less money and provide more ch better representation. She herself was rude and abrasive to me when I informed her of my concerns of her firms ability to strongly represent me. I should have fired her as my counsel the, however I was hopeful the ordeal would be ending soon and kept her as my attorney. I do not recommend Kara Lee.

Kara lee is anything but how she describes herself on her website. I had a family member use her for a legal matter and it is a shame that she is an attorney. She over bills without any explanation of what she’s doing or had done with the time. She repeats the same task over and over while billing you, “emailed/called opposing counsel”, no response. Following day, “emailed/called opposing counsel”, and she does this for several days all while billing you anywhere from $40-$200 per email. Maybe she should give time for them to respond. Another example, the judge in the matter ordered the release of some money (I won’t go into details) and charged thousands of dollars for emails, calls, etc. and she was unsuccessful in getting the funds released, after the judge ordered it! She was told not to call or email (my family member) anymore unless absolutely necessary and also to ask before she bills for anything else due to her inflated billing. She still continued to do the same and then she will throw in a n/c (no charge) every once and awhile for .1/.2 hours of work to think she’s cutting you a break. In the end she was beat miserably in court, and quit in the end before the matter was resolved. She is by far the worst attorney I have witnessed and been around. I hate attacking someone and their profession, but she cost tens of thousands of dollars for nothing. Please look else where for counsel.
