This has been an overdue review for couple fo months now. The law firm was referred to us by one of the family members and true to their words Bandita and her team stood by our case from day one. She took over a dead case with literally very minimal options that I could think of. First consultation itself got us more confident as she was very elaborative of the process and was able to lay out the legal ways to move ahead. We are very grateful for her insights that lead the case it to its conclusion. Fast forward to the interview day, we had her in the call just in case and that was one of the best decisions we did. A small complication arose when the interviewer raised the question about the priority date of filing and Bandita was efficient and confident enough to question and challenge for the matter raisedand ensured her other cases are moving forward with similar instances and was ready to take it further if needed. We walked out of the interview without a decision but that particular moment surely changed the situation. Got the card approved in another few days. Bottomline, based on my case and experience , till date I think we chose the best law firm for ourselves. It was a pleasure working with Bandita and the firm and thankful to them for guiding us through the process that we had lost hopes of.
