I found Erik through YouTube, while trying to research how the trademark process works. It was all great info, and I was about to try entering that crazy maze of paperwork and lawyer lingo on my own, when I happened to stumble onto one of Erik's videos promoting the fact that he works with veterans and helps them get their marks registered FOR FREE! As a veteran-owned small business, I didn't have extra spending money laying around to try to figure out how to get my mark registered without help. Erik was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. I filled out a couple simple forms, sent him my logo, paid the USPTO fee (the standard fee with the USPTO; Erik's services and the time he put into actually get my mark registered were all completely pro bono); and about six months later, I received the official notice of my new registered trademark! Erik was super easy to work with, very responsive, and obviously cares about members of the military. This is an easy 5 star review if there ever was one. Pro tip, Erik used to work for the USPTO, so if there's anyone out there to hire to help you get your mark properly registered, stop reading, and go work with Erik!
