I live in Australia. I have an invention that I have taken to market here and in the US. It required Trademarking and Patenting. I had to use a US based practitioner to do this. I looked around and found millions. This of course created an avalanche of unwanted emails and the alerts from countless pretenders. I reasoned that anyone who had an office in the heartland of the USPTO had to be pretty good. So I confined my search to this region only. I found Eric's website read a lot and we exchanged emails. He gave me a price to do the job I needed done. As a small business owner money is always tight and I found his service and follow up along with a fair price to be on the money. He got the job. This was about 1 year ago. I have recently due to some possible ownership matters related to my current circumstances reached out to Eric and ask a question. Erik Pelton was recommended to me by another trademark attorney. Originally, I had made the application myself which was denied by the USPTO.
