After the second denial of my Social Security disability claim (the initial and the redetermination) I thought I would never get approved, but Mr. Cervoni believed in my case and we went for the hearing. He knows the system and told me what to expect during the hearing and he was absolutely right. Mr. Cervoni won my case.

Mr. Cervoni and everyone on his staff were wonderful. I am so happy I used this firm. All my questions were answered quickly and my paperwork was submitted in a timely manner. Awesome litigator! I thought navigating and applying for SSDI would be similar to that of the VA benefits. It was not. Although 100% P&T, I was denied initial SSDI benefits. I researched Mr. Cervoni’s record and contacted his office. His staff was pleasant and very helpful right out the gate. He accepted my case. I didn’t look back; however, I was amazed at how swift and un-stressful my hearing was. After months of waiting, my case was over in less than 20 minutes. However, I would also recommend you as the client to help yourself out in advance by seeing the doctor(s), start gathering your medical records, and research all disabilities being claimed.

I was referred to Mr, Cervoni when filing my claim for disability. I was not disappointed and was so thankful to his staff and him for helping guide me through the process. All of my inquiries were responded to timely, he explained the process to me in terms I could understand and ultimately represented me before my appeal before the judge. He was extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect during the entire process.
