No way to schedule or talk with anyone. Busy line or drops call when you press an option.

Every time I call and push 4 to make an appointment the phone hangs up.

Tried calling multiple times to get a live representative but no luck. Finally left a message weeks ago but no one has bothered to return my phone call. Based on another reviewer's experience, I'm glad that I didn't just drop by the office like she did with her husband and experienced rude, inexcusable behavior.

We were closing on the sale of a house and were in need of a notary to sign some of the documents. This was a short notice event due to the nature of closings in general. We attempted to call ahead but we received a recording telling us if we needed to make an appointment to call back Tuesday (this was a Thursday) however notary services are walk-in an no appointment is needed. We thought "awesome". We drove to the legal office and upon entering the building and before I had time to finish signing in, we were asked why we were there. We advised we needed a notary service and we were pointed to go to an office. This is when everything went completely downhill. Upon entering the office the person at the desk asked what we needed notarized. We advised we were sellers closing on the sale of a property in Texas. She immediately responded "you need an appointment for closing notaries." We advised we attempted to call ahead and only received the VM telling us notaries were walk-in. She proceeded to tell us there was a sign on the door saying notary for closing had to make an appointment. I advised again we tried to call ahead of time and the message said notary was walk-in. She asked how many documents we needed to sign and I handed her our packet. As she was going through the documents, a military member stopped by her office asking if she needed a witness. She advised this was a closing and at this point, we had our backs to the military member and didn't see his facial expression however the lady across the desk said in an indignant tone "yeah, I know". I then said to both of them "for the record, we tried call ahead of time and the message said notaries were walk-in". The entire time we were in the office this person was rude and went out of her way to make both me and my husband feel uncomfortable for being there and it felt like we had ruined her day because we didn't make an appointment. We left the office upset and disheartened that we were treated in such a manner. The easy to fix to this situation is to put in the voice recording with information about the legal office that notaries are walk-in except for property closings which require an appointment. Shame on the Ft Belvoir legal office for providing such terrible customer service.

Came here for the free tax services, it's staffed by volunteers. Come early because the line gets long and they have to cut off new customers around 1.

Superb waste of tax payers dollars. JAG advice = go see a real lawyer.
