It can be stressful and frustrating when you need a lawyer. You dont know who to turn too or who to choose. There are so many. I found Andrew..I read reviews which were outstanding and then I read he was a former Prosecutor and then I looked at his picture. A picture can tell you alot. He looked loyal and hard working. So I took a chance. Our first initial meeting I went in and was a nervous wreck. By the time I left . I was comfortable and not stressed anymore. He responds back to messages right away and phone calls. Answers your questions and talks to you to where you understand and remains consistant the whole time. He got us out of a tough situation with my son. The verdict was amazing and his fee was too! Andy is an incredible defense attorney. I have never met him personally. We only communicate via phone and emails throughout the whole process but my experience with this lawyer is very positive and even beyond expectation. A friend who had him as a lawyer referred me to him when i was looking for a good one. My case was very tough and the chance of winning was very slim so i was hoping for some arrangements to avoid loosing my license. I did not attend the court day since i wasn't require to be there but right after the hearing he called me to report that the judge found me guilty. In fact, i knew that the prosecutor's arguments will be very solid. I thought it was the end of the tunnel but Andy advised me that we should contest the verdict and go to a higher court. That was not in the initial plan so i asked him how much will that cost and Andy told me to not worry about the money but instead let us focus about the case. I said ok, so at the second hearing i did not go just like the first one. Later that day, i saw a text message from Andy congratulating me for a TOTAL WIN and guess what this amazing attorney refused to take more money from me when i asked him how much i owe him. One of the worst scenes a parent could witness is seeing his/her child being put into the back of a patrol car in handcuffs. Unfortunately that is what happened. Our child, living with us, had just graduated college and got a DUI coupled with a hit and run. Our child made it home, thus the arrest occurred right in from of us once the cops showed up. Two days later we were sitting in Andy's office and Andy explained the legal issues we were facing and boy it was an up hill battle. Two things we were aiming for...reduction to a misdemeanor and no jail time. Andy outlined an excellent strategy plan and was able to have a few delays built into the timeline to allow our child to do what was needed in order to help the situation along. In the end, both our goals were accomplished. Andy truly helped our entire family through this, for as any parent will agree, this was gut wrenching. I would recommend Andy with 100% confidence to anyone needing his services and should I ever need his services again, he will be the first call I make.
