Whether via telephone or email Mr. Turczan was the consummate professional despite me flipping out over nothing 😂. Thank you!!

I just want to say from the first phone call speaking with Tyler for a period of time and him explaining everything in great detail for a uncontested divorce after 28 years of marriage. I explained that both parties were on the same page and there was no reason to argue or fight. The next day after speaking to my soon to be ex husband we both agreed we could do an uncontested divorce to save both parties $$$ and truly the only ones making out are the attorneys. I then hired Mr Daniel Turszan Esq and pretty much had everything ready to go for him to save all parties time with back and forth. I emailed him and talked with him on numerous occasions and never felt rushed at any point in fact he wanted to make sure I understood each and everything since we were married for 28 years what I was entitled to. His office staff is very pleasant and I finally got to meet Mr Turszan this morning while both my husband and I signed our papers and he would make it easy for the filing process at the courthouse. I highly recommend this firm. Thank you all again for a great experience.

Stay away, at least from Daniel Turczan! I had a terrible experience with him. From his nasty attitude to his condescending treatment, I couldn’t take it anymore. I got out as soon as I could, and found another attorney. I tried to speak with Mr. Waldman, but never got a phone call back. Mr. Turczan was definitely not looking out for my best interest. Everything I asked about doing he shot me down and told me it would never happen. When I asked whether or not I would get back child support because we will waiting months for a date, he replied, yes, with an attitude, as if he was the one paying the support. When he presented me with an offer from opposing counsel, I responded with a flat out no, and went on to explain why I was not agreeing to the terms. At that time Mr Turczan interrupted me, and says no reason to be combative with me. I also tried to tell him that my ex was lying about his income, but he was not interested in pursuing discovery. When I asked about putting stipulations in the custody agreement about the ex not drinking around our child, he told me no judge would grant that. Interesting thing is, I found a new attorney, an awesome attorney and she was able to get it done. After I fired Mr Turczan he decided to take it upon himself to what he claims is “review my file” before giving it over to my new attorney at which time he charged me another $250! Such bs!!

If I could give more than five stars- I would ! Barry Waldman and Jamie Walker handled my divorce with meticulous attention to detail. Their professionalism and kindness is unmatched. If you want the best in family law and much more….look no further. Thank you for having my best interests in mind from beginning to end.

Hire attorney Mr. Turczan to represent you with your family law matters. Mr. Turczan accepted my alleged child support arrears case as promised. Mr. Turczan, immediately, found a $13,000 miscalculation mistake done by Virginia DSS. Mr. Turczan, does not waste you time. Mr. Turczan, is not scared to file a lawsuit against Virginia DSS. Mr. Turczan I would use again if I needed to resolve any major legal issues with the Virginia DSS.

I had a consultation with Daniel Turczan regarding a landlord-tenant dispute, and within reason, it could not have been a better experience. He was honest, considerate, professional, and incredibly helpful. He presented every available option, explaining the possible leverages and hurdles in full detail. He didn't overstate probabilities in order to secure his services. He didn't pressure us into the most expensive alternatives for the sake of self-interest. His chief and immediate focus was on finding the best resolution to our concern. He even went over our allotted time in order to make sure that all of my questions were answered and my needs met. Just wanted to post my review about Mr. Daniel. A great human being, which is more important than being a good lawyer. And if you’re both than that makes it a perfect combination. Also did I say he’s extremely knowledgeable.

Horrible lawyer. Only interested in money. I never felt like he wad on my side. Cost me 30 thousand and quit when I couldn't pay full bill each month after milking me for 30 thousand.
