Where do I begin…. First Mr. David is fantastic. He did/said all the right things in court! If you have the unfortunate opportunity to be appointed a lawyer or to have to pay for a lawyer, go with Mr. David. Never met the man until my court date spoke with him briefly on the phone twice and won my case for me. Awesome job, feeling blessed today. Grateful Mr. David was there to represent me.

Mr David was a part of a huge miracle and, honestly, I still can’t believe it! My son has been incarcerated, in VA, for a couple months, and while in, our worst nightmare happened, his beloved grandfather passed. My son is the only grandchild and was very close to him, so I knew he’d be extremely hurt not being able to attend the funeral, which was in GA. Mr David represented my sons initial case, so I reached out to see if we could get my son home. I know a lot of factors played a part, including my sons character, but Mr David was able to get my son out, for the weekend, to attend my dads services! I couldn’t believe my ears when my son called said he was putting his clothes on to go home! I called Mr David’s offices on that Monday morning and my son was leaving out that Thursday! No monitors, or security, totally free to pay his respects. That was truly a miracle, and I’m glad my son was trusted. I didn’t know Mr David from a can of paint before all of this legal stuff but I appreciate his prior work for us and what he did for me and my family during this time.

I was very impressed with how Mr. David handled everything, I only ever said my name and he handled the rest. Highly recommend him!
