My case here was prolonged for 6 years due to lack of direction and neglect to move the case forward. I was seriously injured and needed help and guidance with what was happening to me. Cheryl Vogel was the first person I worked with here and she tried very hard to assist me with all my questions and pay issues. But a lot of my issues needed to be run by Mr. Lauer and there was no sense of urgency here for my issues. Even my mileage payment was taking years to get. Then Amy Manthos arrived to assist with my case, this was a turning point. After waiting years for mileage Amy was able to get me paid and caught up. Couple more years and I finally got to settlement, this should have happened much sooner and had a very negative impact on my settlement. Amy Manthos and Cheryl Vogel are awesome and a credit to this law firm. Without them they would not have a law firm in my opinion. Ultimately the direction and decisions lay with the lawyer on my case and in this instance it was lacking. Also Mr Lauer is informative and easy to work with.

I had an accident at work, and have been placed on Temp. Total Disability. I have been seeing the Doctor, and a Physical Therapist. I had been told that I can return to work on light duty, but did not agree with this decision, and did not know my rights. I had seen Mr. Lauer on line, and had seen that he had many cases involving injury, and workers comp. and that he offered consultation at no cost. I had always thought that getting an Lawyer was for sue cases, and I didn't want to sue anybody, or cause any problems just had questions on what my rights were, and what were my job's obligations concerning my injury.
