We needed to find a lawyer to help with an estate. We ended up needing him for more including defending against a lawsuit and wring a will. Jim was excellent. He provided all the information needed and guided us through this complicated area that was foreign to us. I can't imaging how we would have made it through all of this without him.

I had an unusual divorce case. I had been contesting fault grounds pro se for almost a year. Did one 15 minute hearing pro se and when final trial date was confirmed I decided to hire a capable attorney. I got introduced to Mr. Wilson through avvo.com. His Reviews were great. I talked to him on the phone and briefed him about my case. I was looking for an attorney who could continue the flow of my case the way I had been moving it. my worse fear was getting dinged by the lawyer on many aspects. It's hard to know the extent of damage you may have caused by not hiring a lawyer on time. I immediately realized that Mr. Wilson was exactly the kind of lawyer I was looking for. He was very easy going. He heard my story and understood how I wanted to proceed. He gave no false assurances. Which is very important. Every time an action or reaction was warranted he would make me aware of its risks, benefits and legal costs so there were never any surprises. I always got to take an informed decision. he filed all exhibits and documents on time. he deposed my ex wife in his office and that became a turning point in this case. Mr. Wilson revealed his true colors during the deposition and unveiled my ex wife's true motives for pursuing fault grounds. To make the long story the deposition marked the begining of the disintegration of the opposite party's morale. She had to get a reality check, which perhaps didn't come from her own lawyer but Mr. Wilson did assist her in opening her eyes. Ultimately she came to a settlement agreement with me before the trial and dropped her fault grounds. Eventhough there wasn't much to be distributed equitably but my financial damage could have been significantly higher with out Mr. Wilson's help.

I spent two days calling lawyers for advice on a life crisis I was dealing with and needed fast advice. Mr. Wilson returned my call in a reasonable time and I was so pleased with his assistance. He didn't rush me off the phone, told me all my different options, spent the time to send me information, was very personable and spoke to me in laymen's terms I could understand. His rates are reasonable and this was the best lawyer experience I have ever had in my life. Genuinely nice person who seems to care. I plan on hiring him and recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.
