Matt is a great attorney who provides effective representation in courts in and around RVA

Matt was able to meet me with short notice and gave a very thorough knowledgeable advice for my matter.

I worked with Matt on a pretty intensive project related to his service as a federal special prosecutor at the U.S.-Mexico border. I found him to be an extremely conscientious lawyer who cares deeply about his mission and is determined to achieve just outcomes. I don't recommend him at all, he represented me for reckless driving ticket in Goochland county. just waste of money, after the payment, he didn't show much interest in my case, I mentioned him how serious this is gonna be for me as I'm on work visa, he seem to not caring much. Instead he told me i’ll need to go to jail.(this was my first ticket btw) lucky I realized it after my first appearance and officer was absent that day. Immediately I researched about another attorneys and found a good attorney and now my ticket is reduced to just a speeding ticket. Glad I have changed the attorney.

This is the worst lawyer i have ever seen he represented me on a case that went against me because of his lousy job as he made a deal with the judge without my permission or my presence and upon my arrival to the court and without any explanation by him or the judge I was told to pay a fee and that i had been found guilty even if the cop that stoped me wasn’t present at the court nor did the lawyer try to ask the judge any question.

Matt Pinsker was no help to me at all. I was driving past New Kent when I got a reckless driving ticket. I hired him and didn’t feel PROTECTED at all. After court, I still left with the worst conviction possible. I don’t think I was represented well with the money I paid him. I saw people with the same ticket get their ticket reduced but he didn’t care at all to help me or even consider my future and I wouldn’t recommend him at all.
