My husband and I were lost, confused and on the verge of hopelessness, mainly due to previous misrepresentation in our chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Needless to say the first lawyer we hired, pressured us into taken on chapter 13, knowing that it was not in our best interest. Well, we were in a very bad position. We walked into Mr. Boardmans' office with a lot of apprehension and distrust. Within minutes, he calmed us, knew the bad lawyers who had previously represented us, without us even telling him who the lawyer was. That made us feel like he really would help us. He took the time to explain the process we would be going through in the future, and assured us that we would not lose 2 of our most precious possessions (cars). This law firm is awesome, and they do not lie to get more money out of you.,..this is what we like the most!
