Pitiful refuses to help permanently disabled Americans.

Filed a lawsuit through them on 4/18/21 told me I had a solid case. I never got not a single returned phone call when I would call to check on my case within the 2 years I've been waiting. Then today I get a certified letter that was dated on March 8th but I signed for it on march 28th saying they just contacted the person I was wanting to sue and they are denying the claim and saying it needs to go to trial and they don't feel they will be successful but encouraged me to contact another attorney before the statue of limitations runs out which is less than two weeks from now. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I was better off taking them to court on my own.
