Monte represented my son in a case that could of cost him his freedom. We are from Florida and this would have been a devastating experience for us. Mr. Monte is knowledgeable, caring and a fighter in the court. Hiring anyone else would be a disservice to yourself.

I highly recommend Monte for any traffic tickets you may be worried about. He was able to get my reckless driving reduced to speeding. He was always available to take my calls and explained everything clearly and in detail. He does not try to rush you out the door or off the phone. He made it a point to meet with me early at the courthouse to go over everything one last time.

I received a reckless driving charge in Hampton, VA for failure to signal in association with an fender bender (which is a totally overdone charge relative to the supposed offense). Additionally, I live across the state and it would have been a large burden to travel to Hampton for the court case. Ultimately he was able to attend the hearing without me being present and was able to successfully have the case dismissed. As you may know speeding +20mph in the state of Virginia is a class 1 misdemeanor crime which is the last thing you want in your records. I had a 80/45 ticket and was so scared. I called many lawyers, many of them didn't wanna work on my case and some told me there's nothing can be done except going to the court on your behalf and sign the paper. Then I found Monte who was willing to work on my case he had hopes, what I didn't see in any other lawyers. He emphasized from the beginning that I should follow his instruction if this is important for me. Not only I followed all his instruction but also I came up with some suggestions which he fully supported me. Long story short, "CLASS 1 MISDEMEANOR" got reduced to 'simple speeding ticket' so I can sleep well at night. Monte is experienced, kind, nice and he doesn't give up!!! He was always available for my questions. I highly recommend him.
