We filed for bankruptcy, through Legal Aid Society of Virginia. We were originally very apprehensive, especially because it's bankruptcy! Needless to say, Anderson Law & Associates made us comfortable and removed all our fears. They are extremely professional and no question is a dumb question no matter how many times you email, they are always so caring. College and Shaun are super awesome! I would recommend a million times!!

Unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy. The Anderson firm made the experience very easy to deal with. The situation one finds themselves in is embarrassing, frustrating and very emotional. No one made me feel this way. Everyone was very helpful and all of my questions were answered promptly. They made going through such a difficult time almost painless. I would highly recommend them.

From the start, I was embarrassed, frustrated and nervous. They removed all of those feelings. I was not judged, I didn't feel burdened. I felt comforted and supported throughout the entire process. They literally made it feel like "a girls night out". Every email and call was explained in the most simplistic manner. I must have sent 60 emails, not one time did the conversation get lost! Time management is of their essence. Swiftly but accurate seemed to be their policy. I could go on for years telling you how Awesome this Law Firm is, but I'm not....try them for yourself and get rejuvenated with a fresh start!!!

I am having financial difficulties and Mr. Anderson's firm help me and worked with me on payments in order to file bankruptcy. I filed bankruptcy over 10 years ago with another firm, but this time Mr. Anderson's firm explained every step to me in a way I was able to understand and without a bunch of legal terms. They have been with me the whole way and made me feel like a person, since bankruptcy has lowered my self-esteem. I would recommend this firm for any and all legal issues.

Personally, I have always been afraid of bankruptcy only because I didn't want to damage my credit any more than what It had already been. However, talking with the staffs at Anderson Law really gave me the boost of confident I needed, to ensure I was making the best choice for me. Not only was the process simple and effective, I truly felt they were on my side and had my best interest at heart. It always a blessing to know that the Anderson Law is on your side.

I had originally retained one law office which I will not mention on here but that unnamed law firm did not listen to any question that I had which if they had listened to that one simple question then they would have gained my business. I saw Anderson law firm on facebook called and asked my question and did not get any arguments or backtalk like I did with the receptionist. Yes you heard me the receptionist tried to give me legal advice but did not clearly understand the full question. So to say the least the answer was wrong and the professional courtesy was not there. Anderson law was the best and they have great staff that guide you from step one on down and they help you no matter what questions or how many you have. I came close to tears on many occasions and /Rebecca was the best. This practice is A1 hands down!!!

My experience with Mr. Anderson and his paralegal was awesome. I was treated very nice and felt very comfortable discussing my current situations with them. I would recommend Mr. Anderson and his team and rate him a 10 out of 10.

This is my second time requesting assistance from the Law office of Timothy V. Anderson. I am very very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He is very trustworthy and I am kept abreast of all information connected to my case. His STAFF is absolutely "OUTSTANDING". I was treated with respect and warm hospitality. I met with Mr. Anderson 1 business day before my house was set to foreclose. He brought his entire team in on a Saturday and processed my bankruptcy to make sure my house would not foreclose on Monday. I cannot express how thankful I am for him and his staff. Absolutely by far the best Law Office anyone could ask for! I filed a case with them and procrastinated getting together all of the documents I needed because I was so scared and overwhelmed. Well, I put myself in the worst situation and guess who pulled me out of it! This Law Firm! Beyond amazing staff! Even took time out of their weekend to touch base with me so that I could fully understand this process. Best decision I have ever made! Mr. Anderson and his staff helped me through my bankruptcy process. He always responded to my emails and telephone calls and I felt well represented. I hope to not have to ever file bankruptcy again, but I would recommend him highly for anyone considering needing a bankruptcy attorney.
