Mr. Stellute is fantastic. He showed up to my DWI hearing to assist his friend/my lawyer (who practices primarily in another district). I was so confident in their representation that I knew I would get the best result possible, which I did. My DWI was reduced to reckless driving, thankfully. (I was in the front seat with the engine on, but the vehicle was parked. I mention that not to underestimate what I did, but do not want people to have unrealistic expectations of what lawyers can do for you.) I hired Shawn Cline years ago for a larceny charge. Being very afraid this being my first charge, he immediately made me feel comfortable. He is very helpful in hard financial times. I continue to contact him this day for any legal advice and is willing to take time out of his day to talk to me at no charge. My charge is now a simple misdemeanor in trespassing. He is certainly one of the best lawyers and i will always recommend him.
