In my dealings with Mr. Cline he was professional and showed interest in my case from the very first meeting. He showed me: compassion, respect, and dignity. He was well-prepared, well spoken, and knew the law like it was his first name.
Mr. Cline was honest and truly cared about my case and said I was wronged by the city of Norfolk and proved it in court! Mr. Cline saved my life by ensuring I could this ordeal could be expunged from my record and followed through.

Mr. Cline was extremely helpful with my case. I was facing a felony charge and he was able to get it dismissed. No criminal conviction! All i have to do now is have the arrest expunged and my record will be completely clean!
