Mark is a relentless pursuer of what is right. I had an issue where corporate big-shots spoke down to me and basically told me I couldn’t do anything about what they were doing. One phone call from Mark immediately changed their demeanor and let them know they weren’t getting away with pushing around “The Little Guy” anymore. Mark resolved everything to my satisfaction and the big-shots caved to every demand. Look no further than Mark for someone who will stand up to the bullies for you.

Mark and Karen are 2 of the most genuine people I have ever met. Mark makes me ashamed for every Lawyer joke I've ever laughed at. They answered every question our family had and there were a lot of us. We never felt rushed and were treated as If we were the only client they had. Mark is great

Mr. Obenshain and his team are outright some of the most competent business law attorneys in Virginia. What first attracted me to Mr. Obenshain's practice was the down home feeling of dealing with a Virginia law firm that is off the beaten path away from the congested law area of Northern Virginia, yet seemingly knowledgeable. I had seen that Mr. Obenshain was a sitting state senator who almost made it to the Attorney General position in Virginia. So both of these factors played a role in my selecting the Obenshain Law Group (OLG) to represent me in a corporate divorce case. What I really received from OLG was much more than I had expected: organization, discipline, timeliness, subject matter expertise, honesty, integrity, pragmatism, common-sense, and most importantly knowing what's legally relevant and what isn't. These were the hallmarks that made my case and will define the rest of my career.
