Tricia’s knowledge of the Virginia tenant law was enhanced by her detail oriented eye and grasp of the numbers involved – you almost want her for your accountant. She found arguments and angles I never would have pursued, and that no other lawyer previously suggested. Although, most importantly, Tricia understood my priorities, and was focused on what I wanted to get out of the situation.
